Nutella Muffins

These are made from a recipe in the Hummingbird Bakery Cake Days book. In the book they're called Hazelnut and Praline Muffins but I chose to make mine without hazelnuts because my mum isn't keen on nuts. I also used demerera sugar instead of caster sugar on the tops to give them a nice crunch. They came out pretty good, although muffins are generally a very easy thing to bake anyway, which is what makes them so awesome. :) I should have taken a picture of the dollop of nutella in the middles which goes all gooey in the oven, mmm!
