Black & White Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

I made these yesterday from a recipe in the Hummingbird Bakery Cake Days book. I think I overcooked the bottom slightly, but apart from that they're really delcious. The white chocolate cheesecake layer is particularly good! If you decide to make these, I recommend eating them with a few raspberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. On their own they are a bit dry.
